BIOGRAPHY

D.I.O. is a Rap/R&B artist born in New Jersey but spent his childhood back and forth from the Bronx to Atlantic City. He is currently based in Tampa, FL.

At an early age, D.I.O. became a huge fan of hip-hop through his aunt Liz.

“All she use to play was Eminem, Biggie, Nas, & Fab. I couldn’t believe these guys were that good.”

D.I.O. also likes to show his melody and song writing side on R&B tracks. His albums are always mixed with different sounds.

“I’m a huge fan of artist that can do more than just rap or sing because managing both at a high level is such a challenge. Drake of course is the greatest at it and opened the door for a lot of artist to just take risk and be themselves.”

D.I.O. will continue to grow and show there’s more sounds he has in store.

D.I.O.’s favorite rappers are Drake, Lil Wayne, J.Cole & Kendrick Lamar. Those guys are the reason D.I.O. decided to become an artist.
